Hopefully, our website will give you all the info you need about Soul of Sukhothai Thai Boxing Camp Durham and an insight into the fighting art of Muay Thai.

Muay Thai is a Fighting Art that is the Perfect Combination of Art and Science of Using Fists, Legs, Knees and Elbows for Defensive and Offensive Purposes.

Training Times

As the classes continue to grow in popularity class times have changed and a new class has been added! Training is still at the Meadowfield Sports Center.

About Nick

Nick now teaches at Soul of Sukhothai club and has studied Muay Thai with Master Sean Dooney for the last fifteen years. Nick was awarded the Red Prejat from Master Kriangsak Sirisambhand (Master Krin) in May 2001 an award few ever achieve, and then Red/Silver Kru Yai Senior Instructor at the 2007 world championships in Bangkok by Grand Master Posawat.

Nick was an England squad member, finishing in the top eight in the Cruiser Weight Division and achieving third place overall in the Ram Muay Thai traditional pre-fight dance at the 2003 Muay Thai World Championships in Bangkok, Thailand.

General Tienchai Sirisumpan, himself, presented Nick with the award for the Ram Muay Thai at the closing ceremony.
