The Finger Tip Press Up
To get in good shape you don't necessarily need to go to a gym and lift weights. Here is an exercise you can do by yourself at home :
This exercise develops strength in your fingers and your hands, while also developing the chest, shoulders and arms. Do four sets of twelve to eight repetitions initially. Then do four sets until you burn out on each set.

Start with your hands on the floor, shoulder width apart. Keep your feet together with your legs straight. Your neck should be in line with your body.

Lower your chest until it touches the floor. Keep your body and back straight. Stop when your chest is an inch above the floor and push yourself back up to the starting position. Don't lock your arms, as this reduces the tension placed on your chest. Inhale as you lower yourself and exhale as you come back up to the starting position.
